India is facing great humiliation in Kashmir. There is an unstoppable series of protests by the Kashmiris, and the resulting curfew in the valley is clear proof of Indian frustration. It is using all its vicious and ruthless tactics to suppress the Kashmiri freedom movement which has resurrected after the martyrdom of Burhan Wani. Now, India is committing all forms of brutalities and atrocities in the valley to somehow suppress the movement. There is limited internet access in most areas. The situation clearly indicates that Kashmir is slipping from the evil clutches of India. It was openly witnessed that Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook, who has very friendly business relations with India, was deleting and banning Facebook pages and accounts that exposed Indian atrocities in Kashmir.
On 15 August, 2016, the Indian Premier’s tirade against Pakistan and its army was an attempt to stir hatred in the Baloch and Gilgit-Baltistan people to rise against the state, but he failed miserably in his attempt; as the very next day, thousands of Baloch people were on the roads protesting against Modi’s statement in which he claimed that the people of Baluchistan and Gilgit-Baltistan were supposedly living miserable lives facing brutalities of the Pakistan Army and that India will seek to help these people in their freedom movements. They were chanting slogans against India and Modi, and expressed their support for the Pakistani Armed Forces. That was a wonderful response to Modi’s offer.
The “surgical strike” claim on 29 September came eleven days after the Uri Attack; the Indian Army had claimed to have conducted surgical strikes in Pakistan-administered Kashmir. But everybody knew this was a false story fabricated by the Indian Security Forces to satisfy the Indian public conscience, which was outraged after the Uri attacks and expected some response from Modi. It was soon exposed when Pakistan demonstrated their entire claims, to the international media, to be bogus and false. Along with that, Pakistan claimed that if any such thing had happened, Pakistan would have responded in a befitting manner that would have India including this response in its curriculum to warn its coming generations against any aggression against Pakistan. India had nothing to prove its surgical strike with and their leadership had nothing to say in return.
Another diplomatic humiliation that India had to face was the speech of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in the General Assembly of the United Nations where he presented an account of Indian atrocities in Held Kashmir. The Indian minister of external affairs, Sushma Suwraj, tried to respond, but completely failed to meaningfully convince the world, in her attempt. It was yet another instance of humiliation for India in the international community.
On Indian Independence Day, 15 August, during a flag hoisting ceremony in Srinagar, Mehbooba Mufti, the puppet Chief Minister, pulled the rope for hoisting the Indian flag, but, interestingly, the flag fell down on the ground. This scene, a cause of much embarrassment, was broadcast live on all Indian TV channels as all were broadcasting this special transmission because of Kashmir’s situation.
At the international level, India has to face another setback when several countries including, Russia and Iran, the top allies of India, have shown their interests in joining CPEC. The Russian Army also conducted joint drills with the Pakistan Army, a clear message that the game has changed. Despite India’s tireless efforts to sabotage CPEC, the game changer, the mega project is about to change the fate of Pakistan, by Allah’s Will.
In Pakistan, most terrorism and separatist movements have been covertly sponsored by India through its spy agency, RAW. There is undeniable proof of Indian involvement. Terrorist organizations such as the TTP, ISIS or BLA have, over the years, secretly received funding and resources from Indian agencies and consulates. Alhamdulillah, the successful Operation Zarb-e-Azb conducted by the armed forces helped to thwart India’s strategic plans in Af-Pak and defeated their proxies. Their collaborators in NDS and CIA that had put in long efforts to destabilize Pakistan would not be able to see the fruits of their handiwork.
India is often termed as ‘Rapistan’ due to countless cases of rapes, that are increasing day by day, followed by protests, agitation and demonstrations by the Indian women. Some Hindu protestors were even seen waving placards, demanding an Islam-based social system for their protection.
Dalits have hardly spent an era without having seen trouble in India and they too have recently carried out large protests, demanding independence from India. The World saw huge gatherings of Dalits in the protests of August 2016. The 10-day “Dalit Pride March” was culminated in Una Town in Gujrat on August 15 – India’s Independence Day – where Dalits pledged to seek “freedom from atrocities and caste-based discrimination”. According to BBC, there were 25000 people in the rally of Gujrat.
So who are India’s allies today? None other than Israeli President Reuven Rivlin, who visited India and spent SIX days there in November 2016. Whereas, the US wants to add India to the Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG). Israel has always supported India by providing with high quality weapons like ‘IMI Tavor TAR-21’ that is used by Indian Special Forces. Swaraj, on her visit to Israel in January 2016, said, “Our bilateral cooperation has developed well in a number of areas over the past two decades, but the potential of our relations is much more.”
Behind the scenes, the US and NATO, after suffering a humiliating loss in Afghanistan have no option other than India to take revenge from the one country that they blame for their defeat. “The Wrong Enemy” is one well-known book in which the writer, Carlotta Gall, a British journalist, who covered Afghanistan and Pakistan for The New York Times from 2001-2014, tried to prove her argument by suggesting that Pakistan had played a double game with the US and have provided support to the Afghan Mujahedeen through many means. Strengthening India against Pakistan, can do that for them. However, the new Great Game developing in the region, may not allow for that so easily.
So, the troubles of India, far from being over, are not theirs alone but for all those players that look upon the Pakistani state with enmity. Despite all their efforts, India is still in a predicament since the martyrdom of Burhan Wani.
On the other hand, Pakistan’s position has remained clear. They have put up strong counter measures and displayed great courage and will against terror threats. The powers that have attempted to disintegrate Pakistan could not succeed, as more and more agents, collaborators and facilitators are being arrested by the Intelligence. Pakistan has indeed stood its ground. With Allah’s help it can overcome its adversaries that seek to disturb peace in the region.
